Welcome To My Blog

Hi! My name is Simon, your friendly cyberhood fellow. Welcome to my humble crib. Please write on my guest book, at the bottom this blog. If you have questions you can post and ask questions, suggestions, and other comments. Please don't hesitate and leave a comment.

For my beloved (Former) Korean students you are all very welcome here too, you can change the whole text of my blog to Hangul by pressing the Korean flag on the left column of this blog (it's a translator blog). This is for you to understand my entries here.

To my friends I hope this blog helps you to find some of your interest. Please feel at home.

FYI: The word "Spicusians" was made by my fellow online English tutor "John Rolex" as a sort of a nickname for us tutor he's also working for Spicus.Inc. It was inspired from the movie "300." But since that I am not working in Spicus Inc. anymore the name has no meaning.

Other definition, it means a person who always speak its mind. A person who can't express its feeling outside, but found a medium, a way to bring out its mind and feeling.

NOTICE
"Spicusian's Blog had nothing do to with Spicus Inc. or to any on-line phone English companies (ESL). This is a personal blog where I express my thoughts, opinions, feelings on certain issues, events, situations, etc. I also provide some tips for ESL students on how to hone their English Speaking skills."

Two Temples

By: R. S. Presidency

A builder built a temple,

He wrought it with grace and skill,

Pillars and groins and arches

All fashioned to work his will,

And men said as they saw its beauty,

"It never shall know decay,

Great is thy skill,

O builder!Thy fame shall endure for age."

A mother built a temple

With infinite loving care,

Planning each arch with patience,

Laying each stone with prayer.

None praised her unceasing efforts,

None knew of her wondrous plan

For the temple the mother built

Was unseen by the eye of man.

Gone is the builder's temple

Crumbled into the dust,

Low lies each stately pillar

Food for the consuming rust.

But the temple the mother built

Will last while the ages roll,

For that beautiful unseen temple

Was a child's immortal soul.

HAPPY MOTHERS DAY!!!!!
